Beginning Meditation: Explore the many benefits of meditation practice and find the style that suits you best.  During this 4 week introduction to meditation we will learn to practice tantric (eye gazing), several styles of seated meditation, walking meditation, mantra repetition, and mindfulness.  Daily practice sessions are available from 12:15-12:45 Tuesday through Friday and are included in the session tuition.  You may continue to come daily after the session ends for a nominal fee which will be donated to a charitable cause.

Daily Meditation: The studio is open for silent meditation to promote the health and peace of our community.  Please sing-in, be seated quietly,  plan on staying for the full 30 minutes, and leave in silence in respect of those present.  Chairs and cushions provided.  There is no charge for this program.
